Thank you for shopping at Plumeriarain.com. Plumeriarian.com delivers to destinations in the United States via the US Postal Service (USPS).
Your order may ship out from one of two fulfillment facilities. Even though your order may ship from a fulfillment facility the main Plumeria Rain email address and phone number is available to answer any of your ordering and shipping questions. Plumeria Rain may be contacted at info@plumeriarain.com or (808) 391-4443.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification and your credit card will be charged. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of when they were placed based on availability and manufacturing lead times however may take as long as 2 weeks if certain items are still in manufacturing.
Restrictions
- Shipping to military addresses, such as APO and FPO is by USPS delivery only.
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes is by USPS delivery only.
- The customer is responsible for any additional charges.
Returns / Exchanges
Because the items are cosmetics, they are NOT returnable. In the case of a defective item, please contact us to attain an exchange item. Exchanges are only allowed on damaged or defective goods.
You must clear the item with us before exchanging. Items not cleared will not be accepted and a product exchange will not be sent.

Plumeriarain.com reserve the right to refuse any and all exchanges for any reason whatsoever.
Credit card refund policy
By law, we are required to credit you back using your original form of payment. If you used a credit card, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear. Should you have any concerns, please contact Plumeriarain.com directly and we will do our best to resolve the problem immediately. Please note, we do not accept product returns unless the product was damaged or defective. It is only under the aforementioned conditions that a refund / exchange may be considered.
Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us directly by email. Damaged items may be exchanged for the same item only.
